Book Club Extra: Awesome Ways Into Fantasy Worlds

We thought it might be fun to start a series of bookish discussions related to the books I’ve been reading. Each week we’ll be discussing a topic related to one of the books reviewed on the blog, sharing our thoughts and asking you for yours!

This week’s audio is a little different as we were joined  by a guest contributor, Jami Zehr from the Absurdly Nerdly blog!

  2. This was so much fun! I love these type of books. One of my favorite books growing up with Indian in the Cupboard! I too love the idea of exploration of a house or an ordinary place or thing leading to something fantastical.

      • I think I was a little dissuaded from Toy Story that toys coming to life would be a good thing, but it was such a captivating story and the first book we (my siblings and I) ever listened to on tape as we fell asleep at night.
