Earlier this week I reviewed Splintered and the discussion point for this week’s episode is: What are Some Awesome Ways To Travel Into Fantasy Worlds?
This week’s audio is a little different as we were joined by a guest contributor, Jami Zehr from the Absurdly Nerdly blog!

This was so much fun! I love these type of books. One of my favorite books growing up with Indian in the Cupboard! I too love the idea of exploration of a house or an ordinary place or thing leading to something fantastical.
I loved that book series as well!
I kept wishing I could make my figurines come to life as well!
I think I was a little dissuaded from Toy Story that toys coming to life would be a good thing, but it was such a captivating story and the first book we (my siblings and I) ever listened to on tape as we fell asleep at night.
I agree that the painting for Narnia was good, but I’m partial to the Wardrobe myself.
I love how the weather changes the further they walk into the wardobe!
Loved this discussion! My vote is for entering by painting!
