Picture Me Reading Roundup: Weekly Highlights and Coming Soon/Stacking The Shelves (16)
Weekly Highlights:
I hope you all had a great week! This week I was knocked out by a super-nasty cold (again) so it wasn’t a particularly productive week in terms of reviews or recordings but I did manage to meet a few of my goals nonetheless. Not only did I read Warm Bodies to prepare for going to see the new movie, I also finally finished listening to the audiobook of Andrew Fukuda’s The Hunt. Expect a review of the latter soon!
One thing I did get posted on the blog this week though was the announcement of our new Project: Disney plans. Check out the plans below and check back this Saturday for the first installment – a discussion of Snow White!
The other thing I wanted to mention for the week ahead is that I’m shifting around my post schedule starting this week. Instead of reviews being posted on Thursdays they’ll now be published on Mondays and our Book Club Extra posts will be moving to Thursdays.
On the blog this week!
Reviews:
Book Club Extra: Great Teachers
Top Ten Tuesday: Frustrating Characters
Awesome Adaptations: Animal Tales
Book Blogger Highlight:
Perfect Nostalgia - A fun blogger who is participating in Project Fairytale! Her tale is Beauty and The Beast and I can’t wait to read her reviews!
Page to Premiere Network - I discovered this blog last week and it’s pretty awesome. It follows the development of different books into movies and is organized into helpful sections to help you track the latest news about casting, release dates, etc.
