Meme: Feature and Follow Friday- Book That Kept You Up Late!

Feature and Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee and Allison Can Read and give bloggers a topic to discuss each week while discovering new blogs.
Q: What is the last book that kept you up late into the night just to finish it?
Well I can’t really stay up late right now because school is back in session but over Christmas break I stayed up until 2:00 a.m. reading Shadow and Bone!
Thank you for coming to visit! I love meeting new book bloggers and getting great new book recommendations! If you follow me I promise to visit your blog and follow back!

I got this from the library a week ago and I am struggling with it. I think its me not the book and I feel horrible because I have to return it soon and I haven’t even read it yet.
I am so sad. I think I am in a reading slump.
I am sorry to hear that you aren’t liking it, I will say that the mid-section is on the slow side! I hope it picks up for you! Perhaps a change in genre would help?
Ooh nice one! Seeing this around the blogosphere but haven’t made a reading decision yet!
Here’s my Follow Friday

If you read it I hope you love it! Thanks for following!
I keep hearing amazing things about Shadow and Bone, but I still haven’t read it. I really need to get on that
Also, what did you think of yesterday’s LBD? Pretty interesting, but no Darcy
Although, Monday’s episode looks awesome – and both Lizzie and Darcy seem quite happy together!
It’s a fun book and really exciting! I thought it was great and I was surprised..it wasn’t what I was expecting and I totally get now why GDarcy would be okay with the LBD diaries based on what she experienced…it was both good of and terrible of Darcy to interfere in that way!
I know. How awful for Gigi to see that. I like that we now know why Gigi was okay with Lizzie’s videos. It all makes perfect sense now.
I haven’t gotten around to reading this yet..
but I’m glad you liked it!
Here’s my FF.
I hope you do because I loved that book!
I’ve wanted to read this for ages, but I’m trying to hang in there until I can buy a copy. I have a feeling that this is exactly my kind of read.
I think you would like it! We have similar tastes in books!
This one’s on my kindle. I’m hoping to get to it in the next month or two. Can’t wait!
My FFs are at LKHill OR Musings on Fantasia. Happy Friday! ;D

If you read it I hope you love it as much as I did!
It’s been a long time since a book actually kept me awake at night reading. No matter, how good the book is, I always fall asleep.
LOL Me too! Especially during the work week, I just konk out the moment I lay my head on the pillow!
I got this book on my nook, but I haven’t read it yet. I’ve heard nothing but good stuff about it so far.
Yay! I hope you love it!!!
Oh em! I need to read this.. Thank you!
One of the last books I read that kept me up late was a non-fiction work, Nothing To Envy by Barbara Demick
http://www.amazon.com/Nothing-Envy-Ordinary-Lives-North/dp/0385523912/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1359181914&sr=1-1&keywords=nothing+to+envy
I read it about a year ago… it was truly fascinating… true stories of people who had fled North Korea and made it to the south. Barbara weaves together several stories in a way that keeps you fascinated and dying to know how it all turns out, especially the tale of the two young lovers.
Having read George Orwell’s 1984, I have to say I honestly think North Korea is worse than even Orwell’s dystopia…
BTW, the book is called “Nothing To Envy” because that’s what the people are told about the west… that there is nothing to envy there… I find it fascinating…
Anyway… didn’t mean to hijack your comments LOL
LOL The whole point is to comment on the books you love!
You know sadly I don’t read enough nonfiction..I think reality is less fun LOL
I won’t argue against that LOL
I read this book about a week ago and absolutely loved it!
