Q: WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE VILLAIN FROM A BOOK?
It’s cool that this is the question of the day because we just did an audio discussion of this question! For me right now it is definitely ‘The Darkling’ from Shadow and Bone because he is so complex and has shades of grey about him.I did this illustration of him in my review of that book!

Ah! I am so torn with the Darkling! He is evil, and bad, and all things villainous, but I have this deep seeded thought (ok.. I blame my imagination) that he is gorgeous and that makes it hard to hate him! lol
SAME HERE! I think also there is a lot of potential for good in him as well..I think he thinks in his own twisted way that he doing the right thing for his people but he is misguided!
I haven’t read Shadow and Bone yet but I hear it is great so I will be picking it up soon!
